Senior Leadership Team
Steven Sherman - CEO
Steve started his career in the industry as a Scaffolder trainee in 1999, progressing with numerous companies and gaining invaluable experience over an 11 year period. After forming the company in 2011, Steve has grown the company from 2 employees to an industry leading service provider with a full leadership and operational team. Steve is very proud of the high standards that have been created for Synergy Access over the last 12 years, constantly striving and innovating to improve the experience for both its clients and team. Steve works closely with the leadership team at SM Scaffolding, to ensure the high standards that have been set are delivered to our partners on a consistent basis, ensuring an industry service is delivered on all projects each and every time.
Damien Gentile - Head of Operations
Damien has a wealth of experience and knowledge having been in the industry for over 20 years. He is a CISRS Advanced scaffolder, who has worked as part of a team as well as leading teams to successfully deliver key projects.​Damien joined the SM team in September 2018 and is responsible for the delivery and execution on all projects for our partners. Damien works closely alongside our project delivery team, ensuring that all works are successfully delivered efficiently and effectively.​
Aaron Loveday - Commercial and Business Development Consultant
Aaron has over 20 years in business development and corporate strategy. Having started his career with the worlds leading vehicle glass repair and replacement service, he then moved to head up the business development of their sister company in the vehicle body-repair industry.
For the last 10 years, Aaron has ran his own global company within the sustainability sector. This has allowed him to engage with a number of different industries including construction and he fully understands our business after working with us for 5 years.
